“COMCADES” project valuating the training of managers of social economy in various countries in Europe, especially in services for elderly people and people with disabilities.
The aim of this project was to identify and formalise the specific competences of managers responsible for social services. On the basis of existing competence grids and inputs from partners, common competences were validated by focus groups. The objective was to highlight the competences that managers don’t master completely and suggest European training frames on these specific skills.
COMCADES enjoyed a very committed partnership composed of:
Apemh-Ufep (coordinator), IRTS de Lorraine (FR), Fenacerci (PT), Arfie (BE), Andicat (FR), Legacoop (IT), Cesvip (IT), Egca (Lu).
